Lyca's Gnanam Foundation has made a donation to Homerton College, Cambridge University. The donation will be used to fund a term's worth of welfare activities, workshops and resources for students, to be made available through the Homerton Union of Students.
This will include providing formal workshops on wellbeing, art and creativity based activities, peer to peer welfare drop in sessions, funding visits from therapy animals, offering talks on welfare topics, and producing materials to be distributed by the welfare representatives of the HUS. This package will be made available to the student body, and fits with a renewed focus on wellbeing and mental health under their new Principal, Lord Woolley
